情况反映：亲爱的中飞领导：我于2012年1月4日从山东烟台发运两件海鲜货，后经发运方证实，货物是下午3、4点的样子到达黄花机场的，一直到晚上九点多钟，我打过多次贵公司的客服电话，都告知货物没有到达，晚上十点许，经过追查山东发运方，说货物已经到达，但是接着再打贵公司客服电话后，连续打了四次，就开始不接我电话了，多亏发运方因查货时有贵公司机场货站值班小彭先生的电话，我才得以直奔机场去找到我的货。我不知道贵公司客服是以什么样的心态来对待客户的，我们不是急的话，也不会走高成本航空运输的。如此客服，败坏的是你公司的信誉，中肯地希望引起你们领导的重视，避免以后出现此类问题继续发生。
